Segerstrom Jaguars

Segerstrom 23  Saddleback 0:  Segerstrom scored 23 runs against host Saddleback in a game that was called after 3 innings of play.  The Jaguars had one of their best hitting games with everyone on the team contributing to the win.  The Jaguars scored 4 of their 6 runs in the 1st inning on a grand slam by catcher Breanne Gomez.  Gomez finished her day going 3 for 3 batting, scoring 4 runs, with 5 RBI's and  2 doubles. 

Santa Ana 2  Segerstrom 1:  The Jaguars commit some costly errors which allow the Saints to score two unearned runs and win 2-1.  Breanne Gomez hit a double with one runner on to score the only run for the Jaguars.  Segerstrom 12-8,3-2

JSerra 5  Segerstrom 2:  In a non-league game the Lady Jags tied the score at 2-2 in the first inning, and appeared to be keeping up with the Lions pitch for pitch before falling prey to errors.  Segerstrom committed four errors which allowed JSerra to score 2 unearned runs on route to a 5-2 win.  Segerstrom 12-7,3-1

Segerstrom 5  Westminster 1:  The Jaguars defeated the Lady Lions 5-1.  Segerstrom took the lead early scoring 2 runs in the 1st inning, as Breanne Gomez doubled with 2 runners on. Selene Pola struck out 11 on her way to her 5th win.  Segerstrom 12-6, 3-1

Segerstrom 4  Orange 1:  Orange took the lead in the 1st inning when Jessica Godinez hit a homerun over the left field fence.  The Lady Jags finally got their bats going in the 4th inning, scoring 3 runs and then added a 4th run in the 5th inning.  The Jaguars held on to win 4-1.  Segerstrom's Desi Lopez struck out 10 on her way to her 4th win.  Marleen Rodriguez and Breanne Gomez were the top hitters for the Jaguars.  Segerstrom 11-6, 2-1
